Inspect It First – July Monthly Report

The month of July has shown some very positive numbers. We have seen a 22% increase in the overall website traffic, and we can see that 178 out of the 336 total users have come to the website from organic search (Google Search results). While the rankings have continued to move around, our focus has been on the new Satellite GMB which we believe will add value when it comes to getting more leads from the Central Coast for the business.
SEO Analysis
July has continued to show some movements in both directions for the rankings as Google is trying to find where they comfortably sit. Some wins this month include the terms ‘house inspection wollongong’, ‘pre purchase house inspection illawarra’ and ‘house inspection sutherland shire’ jumping 72, 68 and 67 positions respectively. We have been working on the creation and optimisation of a Satellite GMB this month as well which will be ready over the next 2 weeks. This Satellite GMB should really help in contributing to an increase in calls from the Central Coast area.

The results for June have remained positive when looking at the numbers. We have seen an 11% increase in website traffic with the majority of this traffic coming from organic search (Google Search) results. However, we can understand that these positive numbers may not be relaying into actually enquiries, which is why we will now be shifting our focus to a Satellite GMB creation and optimisation in order to fuel more enquiries for the business.
SEO Analysis
The SEO rankings this month have continued to show some massive fluctuations. We have seen some very positive movements for the Parramatta search terms with ‘house inspection parramatta’ and ‘building inspector parramatta’ improving their positions by 74 and 69 positions respectively. However, we will now be fuelling our resources into a Satellite GMB over the next 2 months to ensure we are appearing in the map pack, which we are confident will lead to more enquiries.
