The month of August has produced slower results than expected, a sudden turn around from last month’s wins. Our overall website traffic has dropped by 17.2%, although it is positive to note that the majority of these site visitors were brought in by our organic (SEO) channel. Our overall SEO keyword ranking has slightly decreased since there has been a dip in the number of keywords we have in the top 3 positions, as they fell back to the top 4 to 10 positions. However, we are expecting to see more positive results in keyword ranking for the coming month as we note an upward trend in rankings especially in the latter part of August. We have noted that two of our focus keywords have dropped two ranks each, pushing back keyword ‘physiotherapist ferny hills’ to the second page. Our priority in early September is to recover these dips in keyword rankings is by utilising on-page optimisations in September, especially to boost back our targeted keywords into the first page of Google search results and in turn see the website traffic bounce back up.
