We are able to see a number of both dips and wins for the SEO and Google Ads campaigns this month of September. To start, there has been a 6.7% increase in overall site traffic which puts it at a solid 13,072 site visits for the month! The upward trajectory of traffic towards the end of the month shows great potential for an increase in website users for October. Although there is a decrease in the number of users brought in by the CPC channel, we are pleased to see an increase in organic users by a significant margin. For keyword rankings, we unfortunately have seen a slightly lower average SEO ranking due to losing our keyword from the top 3 positions of Google search results. Nevertheless, targeted keywords are going strong with only keyword ‘Noosa Heads real estate’ dropping down the second page of Google. We will utilise both on-page and off-page strategies to boost these rankings. For the Google Ads campaign, it has been a great month for increasing the conversions and conversion rate. However, we did record a decrease in other stats such as number of clicks and CTR. There is also a large increase in the average CPC, which was most likely the cause of these dips. We aim to decrease the CPC for the coming month of October by further optimising our existing keywords.

Google Ads Analysis
6 Conversions
250 Clicks
14.7% CTR
2.4% Conversion rate
September has been really good for the Google Ads campaign. We have seen a great increase in the conversions and conversion rate. Cost per conversion has been better as well compared to last month, this is due to the highly relevant search terms that the campaign generated over the course of the month.
However, we have noted that the overall traffic and CTR is lower due to the increase in Avg CPC..
With that being said, the plan for October is to optimize the keywords to drive lower cpc without sacrificing relevance as it would really help with generating more conversions for the campaign..
