May brought its share of ups and downs for the campaign. User visits saw a decline of 50.9%, although the month started strongly – peaking at 45 visitors on the site on 06 May. We noted that 22% of users arrived through organic (SEO) channels, but they spent a significant amount of time on the website (over 2 minutes). More positively, the site’s average SEO rank saw a small but welcome 3.3% rise, and we have 4 keywords now on the first page of Google’s search results. In May, our on-page strategies focused on the ‘budget web design sunshine coast’ page. For the GMB listing, we saw 208 views in total, with 9 website visits. In June, we will focus our GMB and SEO optimisation strategies on the ‘marketing consultant Perth’ target keyword to take advantage of its high search volume and improve visitor actions.
