The results produced for the month of October show significant growth in our Google Ads campaign! Although there had been a decline in overall website traffic, we do not attribute these site visit losses to the Google Ads campaign. Our data shows a massive influx in users coming in from the CPC (Google Ads) channel, from 39 users to 100 users this October. Furthermore, the increase in our CTR is staggering as it amounts to a 1118.1% improvement from last month’s click through rates. Our primary concern for the month is in conversion tracking caused by the new Google update. We will be addressing this in the coming month of November by launching a new landing page. We also aim to recover the slight 5.3% increase in cost per click by removing non-performing keywords in the campaign.

  • October has seen a pleasing month for the Google Ads campaign with an increase in the CTR from last month’s 0.6% to a whopping 7.9%.
  • However, we are seeing a problem in accurately tracking the number of conversions due to Google’s recent update. We are implementing a new tracking strategy this month to ensure all achieved conversions are tracked in the campaign correctly.
  • Our plan for the month of November, is to launch a new landing page for the Google Ads campaign which will ensure we can track conversions correctly with Google. We will also structure the campaign to achieve an improved cost per click by removing non performing keywords that drive expensive clicks.
