March has seen a welcome recovery in website traffic, with a 9.3% increase in user visits following last month’s drop. The overall trend throughout the month was slightly lower, but with a promising upward course near the end of the month. A large majority of visitors continue to arrive through organic (SEO) searches, with 207 total, 199 of whom were new, which is very positive! SEO performance has also improved, with a 3.8% increase in the site’s average rank. We have secured more keywords in the top 3 spots now, with 21 in total and 9 holding the #1 spot. We also have a further 29 keywords in the top 4 to 10 spots, and we will continue to build on this in the coming months. Beginning this April, we will focus on ranking the mechanic and Toyota target keywords with both new SEO pages and refreshed, optimised content for the homepage, particularly for the ‘mechanic perth’ keyword.
