MF Electrical – April 2021 Monthly Report

It has been exciting to see a far more exceptional set of results for the Google Ads campaign this month of April. Firstly, there has been a 12.7% increase in overall site traffic. The heavy fluctuations in the trend of site visits show potential for even higher traffic for the coming month of May. The 13.9% increase in the number of clicks was able to boost the CTR by an impressive 31.4%. It has also been fantastic to see massive improvements in the number of conversions and conversion rates. In fact, the 5.3% conversion rate is a solid 53.6% increase from the previous month. Nevertheless, there have been some inconsistencies in acquiring conversions which led to lower impressions overall. We aim to address this in the coming month of May by structuring the campaign for higher traffic and optimising non-performing ads.

  • April has seen a great month of results from Google Ads campaign, as we have seen an increase in the overall traffic and CTR compared to the previous month of results.
  • We have also noted an increase in the total number of conversions along with the conversion rate which also led to lower cost per conversion. Overall, it is safe to say that the campaign was a huge success for the month of April.
  • On the alternative side of things, we have also noted a lower number of impressions this month, which most likely led to inconsistencies with the conversions during the early weeks of the month.
  • With that being said, our plan for the April is to structure the campaign to improve the overall traffic and continue working on achieving more consistency in the conversions achieved through each week of the month. We will also continue optimising non performing ads so we can see further improvements in the number of conversions achieved each month moving forward.

    The results produced for the month of March have been generally satisfactory and stable, although it is a more challenging set of data compared to the previous months. To start off, there has been a slight decrease in overall website traffic at .8% this month. However, we do not attribute this loss to the Google Ads campaign since the number of site users from the CPC channel has actually gone up from 82 to 92 site visitors! This is a fantastic improvement for the campaign so far. At the same time, there has been a 9.5% increase in the number of clicks as well as a higher number of impressions for the month. Nevertheless, it has been concerning to see a lower number of conversions and conversion rate (27.0% decrease), along with the 3.1% increase in average cost per conversion. We aim to address these concerns in the coming month of April by restructuring the campaign and using different bidding strategies.

  • March has seen a steady month for the Google Ads campaign, as from the previous month, we have seen an increase in the overall traffic – this is a positive sign for campaign growth.
  • The campaign has generated 4 conversions along with a 3.5% conversion rate.
  • However, these numbers are considerably lower compared to the previous month and is something we will be working to address and turn around in the coming month.
  • With that said, the plan for the April is to structure the campaign to improve the CTR by changing the non performing keywords and ads, we will also be utilising different bidding strategies to find the perfect fit for the campaign after Google’s recent update which can lead to better conversion rate and an increase number of total conversions.
