April has shown a month of success across the board. While we have seen a small dip in website traffic, it looks as though this dip occurred over the Easter period which is to be expected as people are searching less during this time. The SEO campaign has continued to bring more than 200 users to the website which is great, and as we continue with our link building strategy we should see this number increase along with the rankings. The Google Ads campaigns has also produced some outstanding results with 16 conversions at a lower cost per conversion. We will continue to monitor the campaign to ensure this trend of results continues over the month of May.
SEO Analysis
The month of April has been a steady month of SEO overall. We have seen a few fluctuations in both directions on Google, including the terms ‘forensic cleaning sydney’ moving down 7 positions and ‘crime scene cleaners brisbane’ moving up 2 positions. We will be monitoring this closely and executing on our link building strategy to ensure we can see a steady improvement on these rankings in the coming month.
AdWords Analysis
It has been a fantastic month for the Google Ads campaign over April. We saw an increase in CTR (21.5%), Conversions (100%) and Conversion rate (109.2%). We also managed to lower down the cost/conversion by 46.6%. This is the kind of performance that we want to maintain for the month of May. We will be structuring the campaign to increase further in CTR and bring it to at least 10%.
