May has produced a strong month of numbers across the board! We have seen a very slight increase in the overall website traffic, and it’s great to see that the 2 channels contributing most to this is cpc (cost per click – Google Ads) and organic (Google Search). In terms of the rankings themselves, these have seen some massive jumps and a huge win with the Perth terms jumping upwards. The AdWords campaign, while we have seen a drop in the total number of conversions, our click through rate is sitting at a comfortable number. Our focus for the coming will be on improving this number though and in turn seeing the number of conversions bounce back up in June.
SEO Analysis
The month of May has continued to show some huge fluctuations in the rankings that have been very positive! We can see 44 of the key search terms now appearing on the first page of Google’s results, with 16 of those appearing in the top 3 positions on that first page. Some terms in particular that saw some massive jumps this month include ‘log book services northbridge’ and ‘roadside assistance canning vale’. Another massive win for the month was seeing the term ‘log book services perth’ jump 45 positions towards a better rankings. We will continue with our off page strategy in order to see these results continuing on into the month of June.
AdWords Analysis
May has been great for Google Ads campaign. We managed to get a 3.1% CTR, 20 Total Conversions, 16.3% Conversion rate and $22.14 Cost per Conversions. These numbers might be lower than last months performance by a hair but we can definitely say that these numbers are very positive for the overall campaign. The only stat that we are still working to improve is the CTR which we will focus on in June. We will structure the campaign to drive this increase by getting more specific terms from the data we generated from the previous months and set them to exact terms.
