The month of August has been a very pleasing month overall. While we have seen a dip in the overall website traffic and the average session duration, as we continue to improve our rankings we would expect these numbers to bounce back up. The SEO rankings themselves are moving very nicely towards the first page of Google’s results. It is great to see that the Canberra terms are maintaining their achieved positions and that we are seeing a wide range of other search terms making their way to improved positions. We will continue with our current strategy to see these results continuing through September.
SEO Analysis
August has been a fantastic month of SEO numbers! We have seen the number of terms appearing in the top 10 (first page) results increase to 57 terms, with 20 of those appearing in the top 3 positions on the first page. Some terms in particular that have made significant improvements include ‘landscaping services fisher’, ‘garden maintenance farrer’ and ‘landscape design lyons’ which have jumped 94, 89 and 80 positions respectively towards first page rankings. Over the coming month our focus will continue to be on the off page strategy where we will continue to gain more authority for the site, resulting in more of those page 1 rankings.
