August has shown some fantastic initial results for the link building campaign! Now that we are more than a month into the campaign, we can see some really positive movements stemming from the on page optimisations and link building work we have been doing. We can now see 12 terms appearing in the top 20 positions on Google, with 8 terms appearing in the top 10 positions (first page). The terms ‘commercial sheds hunter valley’, ‘commercial sheds newcastle’ and ‘industrial sheds newcastle’ have jumped 94, 75 and 59 positions respectively which has been great! It has also been pleasing to see the more competitive term ‘commercial sheds sydney’ jump 4 positions to now be sitting in the 4th position on the first page of Google’s results. Along with these improved rankings, we can see some significant traffic coming to the website! It is great to see that organic traffic (visitors coming from organic Google search results) is accounting for 431 of the total 1,680 visitors coming to the site. Something we would like to see improve over the coming month is the average session duration, as this can be an indication on how visitors are reacting to the content on the website. Overall, the month has shown some great results, and over the coming month we will be continuing with a few different link building strategies to boost more of these terms even closer to the first page of Google.
