The month of September saw some pleasing results overall. While we have seen a dip in the website traffic with 2 drops throughout the month, it has been positive to see a large peak towards the end of the month. The SEO rankings are continuing to fluctuate massively and are continuing to make their way to the first page of Google’s results. On the Google Ads front, the Branded Only campaign is still running well and we are gaining a positive number of clicks each month. While the number of calls is low, this is to be expected with the lower ad spend budget. Over the coming months we will continue with our off page optimisations for SEO and our work on the Google Ads front to see a lower cost per conversion.

SEO Analysis

September has seen a massive month of movements for the SEO rankings. We have seen a range of fluctuations with the terms ‘post operation rehabilitation stafford’, ‘chronic pain treatment red hill’ and ‘arthritis rehabilitation enoggera’ moving 99, 97 and 95 positions to now be in the top 5 positions on Google. We have also seen a range of steadier movements including the terms ‘back pain treatment stafford’ and ‘physiotherapy aspley’ moving 9 and 5 positions respectively towards the first page on Google. The coming month will see a focus on the off page strategy once again, in order to see further improvements in the number of terms appearing in the top 3 positions on Google.

AdWords Analysis

The Google Ads campaign managed to see an increase in the overall clicks (30%) and CTR (65.5%) through September which has been positive. We have seen fewer conversions tracking the dashboard compared to the previous month, however this is by no means a negative number considering the lower budget for the Branded Only campaign. The plan for October is to structure the campaign to maximise conversions with the budget that we have and lower down the cost per conversion.
