April saw a month of highs and lows for the SEO campaign overall. With a slower month of results in terms of website performance, there was a 24.9% drop in user visits. The overall trend again was up-and-down, but the month again ended on a high note which was pleasing to see. Almost all users arrived through organic (SEO) channels, which is very favourable for the campaign. In additional promising news, the site saw another 2.5% increase in its average SEO ranking, and we have sustained our keyword performance, with 16 keywords now ranking in the top 3 spots (6 now holding the #1 rank) and a further 9 in the top 4 to 10 spots (first page of results). Given this, we plan to build on these results with our on-page optimisations through the coming month of May. In particular, we aim to boost the ranking of the ‘building inspection nowra’ target keyword to take advantage of its monthly search volume and in turn see a recovery in the website traffic from the organic channel.
