February brought ups and downs to the campaign, but there are still plenty of positives. User visits did see another dip following last month’s more positive course, but the trend ended on an upward note. More favourably, a large majority of users arrived through organic (SEO) channels – 274 total, with 265 new! Average session duration also saw a rise, which means our content remains relevant to user searches. In terms of SEO, we saw a welcome recovery in the site’s average rank, which now sits at a pleasing 6.2 overall. About half our keywords are on the first page of Google search results, which is very promising. In February, we completed on-page optimisations focusing on the ‘building inspection liverpool’ target keyword, which has moved up 5 places to 22nd. This March, we will shift to the ‘building inspection blacktown’ target keyword so it moves closer to the top 10 spots.
