My Certifier – May 2022 Monthly Report

May was a much more favourable month for site metrics across the board. We saw a welcome recovery in user visits, up by 42.9% from the previous month. The overall trend had its ups and downs, but ended on a high note. We also saw a 131.8% increase in users arriving through organic (SEO) channels, with 323 in total. Of those 323 users, 96% of them were new to the website. In terms of SEO performance, the site now ranks 8.4 overall – a 0.6% rise from last month. Additionally, we have more keywords now on the first page of Google search results. The ‘building certifier camden’ target keyword leads the way in the #1 spot. In May, our strategies focused on the ‘building surveyor sydney’ target keyword, which we hope will begin ranking in the coming weeks. In June we will focus on the ‘building inspection Shellharbour’ keyword as it is highly competitive and has a significant monthly search volume.

    We again see favourable metrics across the board in the month of April, which very pleasing. User visits increased again, this time by 33.3%, although the overall trend was up-and-down. A notable number of them arrived through organic (SEO) channels, and spent well over 3 minutes on the website. Average session duration has decreased somewhat, but remains over 2 minutes. More pleasingly, the site’s average rank has gone up by 8.2%, and our keywords within the top 10 spots on Google have increased. Moreover, we now have 40 keywords in the top 3 spots, with 13 in the #1 position. The ‘clutches and brakes Mirrabooka’ target keyword is performing particularly well, jumping from 39th to 3rd! In April, our on-page strategies focused on the ‘mechanic Morley’ target keyword, which we expect to move up in rank in the coming weeks. Through May, we will focus on the ‘mechanic Bedford’ target keyword as one of the suggested locations.

  • As for the month of May, we will focus our on-page strategy on the keyword ‘mechanic Bedford’ which is one of the suggested focus locations. Our goal is to bring it closer to the first page of Google search results.
