Site traffic and keyword rankings for the month of August are fairly stable, with the number of user site visits this month almost the same as last month. 134 users visited the site in August, with 79 users coming from the organic search channel. The average session duration has increased by 8.5% and is now at 59 seconds. The targeted keywords are going strong in the top positions of first page results this month, with ‘best property management Pinbarren’, ‘property management Palmwoods’, and ‘property management Cooran’ ranking in the 1st, 3rd, and 4th position of first page results respectively. A total of 9 keywords are ranking in the top 3 positions and 13 keywords are ranking in the top 4-10 positions of first page results this month. We will use an on-page optimisation strategy through the month of September to bring the focus keyword ‘property management Cooran’ closer to the #1 spot of first page results.

We’re pleased to report stellar keyword rankings for the month of July, as well as areas for growth in site traffic. Starting this month’s successful campaign are keywords ‘best property management Pinbarren’ and ‘property management Palmwoods’ ranking in the top 1 and 2 positions of first page results. Going strong at 5th position is keyword ‘property management Cooran’. There is an increase in the number of keywords joining the to 4-10 positions as well. We have also boosted keyword ‘property management Buderim’ with on-page optimisations, resulting in a 28th position ranking this month. Watch out for further upward movements for this targeted keyword in the coming weeks. Despite the slight dip in the number of keywords ranking in the top 3 positions and a 22.9% decrease in site traffic, we’re optimistic that on-page optimisations we’ll be putting in place throughout August will further improve the strong rankings of our keywords.
