We’re pleased to report that the SEO campaign for the month of June produced impressive results for site traffic. We can see a 13.6% increase in user site visits this month from last month’s 158 users to this month’s 175 users. It’s interesting to note that the average session duration has taken a slight 29.2% dip this month, which we can attribute to more site visitors using their mobile devices. A massive win for June’s SEO campaign is the keyword ‘best property Pinbarren’ strongly holding on to its top #1 spot of first page search results. Some areas for potential that we will be working on in the coming weeks are the rankings of the keywords ‘property management Cooran’, ‘property management Palmwoods’, and ‘property management Buderim’ which are currently at 5th, 3rd, and 26th positions. One keyword to watch out for is ‘rentals buderim’, which was catapulted to 47th position from 51st position through on-page optimisations that were completed in June. We’re excited to see more upward movement for the rankings of this keyword and other keywords through on-page optimisations that will be put in place through the month of July.

The SEO campaign for the month of May has exciting results for some of our targeted keywords, as well as areas for potential growth. Starting with the website stats, we’re pleased to see users staying 17.4% longer on the site this month than last month. Even with the slight dip in the total number of user site visits from 170 users last month to this month’s 158 users, we’re still optimistic that the SEO campaign is gaining traction in organic traffic. This can be seen in the number of users who searched for the site organically this month, which has considerably grown to 86 users in May from last month’s 77 users. This month’s keywords rankings show promise as the number of keywords in the top 3 positions increase from last month’s 11 keywords to this month’s 14 keywords. We’re pleased to report that keyword ‘property management Palmwoods’ makes a big jump to the top #2 position this month from last month’s 6th position. Keyword ‘best property management Pinbarren’ strongly holds onto the top #1 spot of first page results while keyword ‘property management Cooran’ is able to secure the #2 spot this month. While a slight dip in the number of keywords ranking in the top 4-10 positions and in the ranking of ‘property management Buderim’ can be seen, we’re excited that on-page optimisations throughout the month of June will push our targeted keywords closer to the first page of search results. Another development to look forward to in the coming weeks is the completion of on-page optimisations for keyword ‘rentals buderim’, which we aim to use as catalyst for pushing this keyword’s ranking further up in Google’s search results.
