We’re pleased to report that the month of March sees positive growth in site traffic and a general improvement in SEO rankings for our focus keywords. We can see a 5.6% increase in site traffic from last month’s 161 users to this month’s 170 users, with 47 out of 170 users coming from organic search results. SEO rankings for our targeted keywords this month are satisfactory overall as keywords ‘property management Cooran’, ‘best property management Pinbarren’, and ‘property management Palmwoods’ strongly hold on to their top positions of first page results. Apart from the slight dip in the ranking of keyword ‘best property management Pinbarren’ as well as in the number of keywords ranking in the top 4-10 positions of first page search results, we can see an upward trend for our keywords ‘property management Palmwoods’ and ‘property management Buderim’. Keyword ‘property management Buderim’ makes an impressive leap from last month’s 34th position to this month’s 25th position after on-page optimisations were completed this month for the mentioned target keyword. The number of keywords in the top 3 positions of first page search results are retained at 12 keywords this month. We will continue to use on-page optimisations to further boost ‘property management Buderim’ closer to the first page of search results.

    The month of February sees areas for potential for website traffic and SEO rankings. User site visits this month decreased by 37.4% from last month’s 257 user site visits to this month’s 161 site visits, 105 users of which are from organic search results with 97 of them tagged as new users. On a positive note, we’re pleased to report some big wins in our SEO rankings with targeted keywords ‘property management Cooran’ and ‘best property management Pinbarren’ both holding on strongly at 1st position of first page results, and an increase in the number of keywords ranking in the top 4-10 positions. Some areas for improvement are the decrease in the keywords ranking in the top 3 positions of search results as well as keywords ‘property management Palmwoods’ and ‘property management Buderim’ sliding to 5th and 34th position from the previous month’s 3rd and 28th position respectively. We’ll be working on boosting keyword ‘property management Buderim’ closer to the first page of search results with on-page optimisations that will be used through March.
