The SEO campaign has seen some noteworthy wins and dips for the month of November. Starting off with our highlights, average session duration is up by an impressive 25.4% this month with users spending an average of 1 minute and 55 seconds per site visit. User site traffic is down by 15.9% from last month’s 220 user site visits to this month’s 185 user site visits, however. We’re pleased to see our targeted keyword ‘property management Palmwoods’ moved up two places from last month’s 62nd position to this month’s 60th position of search results, however this is still a significant drop from where this ranking was positioned a few months ago. Areas to work on in the succeeding months of the campaign are the decrease in the number of keywords joining the top 3 and top 4-10 positions of first page results as well as the downward movement of the rankings of our targeted keywords for Cooran, Pinbarren, and Palmwoods. We’ll be using on-page optimisations through December to see the ranking of the keyword ‘best property management Pinbarren’ bounce back to the top 1 position and move the keyword ‘property management Cooran’ closer to the first page of Google’s results.

We can see notable areas in the SEO campaign for the month of October for potential. There has been a 13.7% decrease in website user traffic from the previous month’s 255 users to 220 users in October. Interesting to note is the longer session duration per site visit, with users spending more time on the site at an average of 1 minute and 31 seconds in October compared to the previous month’s average session duration at 1 minute and 10 seconds. Of the 220 website users that visited the website, 82 of them are from organic search results (SEO traffic) with 75 out of 82 of those users tagged as new users to the site. There has been a decrease in the number of keywords ranking in the top 3 of the first page search results with 5 keywords joining the top 3 rankings in October compared to 15 keywords from the previous month. There was also a decrease from September’s 14 keywords joining the top 4-10 rankings when compared to October’s 7 keywords. The dips in the rankings of the targeted keywords ‘property management Palmwoods’ from the previous month’s 3rd to October’s 62nd and ‘property management Cooran’ from September’s 1st position to the 32nd position in October are worth noting and will be taken into account in our strategy to pull back our rankings closer to the first page of Google results. On a positive note, the keyword ‘best property management Pinbarren’ retains its strong ranking in the 1st position of the search results. With this in mind, we will continue to strengthen the site’s SEO with an on-page optimisation strategy that will be used through November to see the ranking for the keyword ‘best property management Pinbarren’ maintain the top 1 position of Google’s results and to see the Palmwoods keywords bounce back closer to first page results.
