The month of November has shown a steady month of numbers. While we have seen a dip in the overall website traffic, it has been positive to see the average session duration pick up to now be sitting at 40 seconds. Over the next few months we will be monitoring this to ensure it continues to increase slightly.The SEO rankings themselves have been making steady movements towards those more valuable page #1 rankings which is positive. With our link building strategy through December, we are confident we can achieve an increase in the number of top 10 rankings.
SEO Analysis
November has produced another positive month of results. We can now see 28 keywords appearing in the top 10 results, with 12 of those appearing in the top 3 results on Google. Over the last 30 days we have seen the terms ‘best property management tewantin’, ‘best property management peregian springs’ and ‘rental properties palmwoods’ move 69, 52 and 8 positions respectively towards those first page rankings. The terms ‘property management sunrise’, ‘property management palmwoods’ and ‘best property management eumundi’ have also made their way onto the first page of Google’s results which is fantastic. Over the coming month, we will be working on our off page strategy to ensure we can continue seeing movements towards the first page of results over the Christmas period.

October produced some positive results with a few ups and downs. We have seen a dip in the overall website traffic, with quite a large peak occurring in the middle of the month which is interesting to note. We are currently seeing 27 website visits coming from organic Google search results with is positive. As our SEO rankings continue to improve and make their way onto the first page of results, we should expect the organic website traffic to increase. In the coming month we will be link building in order to gain more authority behind the website which will in turn push the keywords closer to the first page of results.
SEO Analysis
The month of October has been a pleasing month of results for the SEO campaign. We can now see 12 keywords appearing in the top 3 results on Google which is great! The terms ‘best property management peregian beach’, ‘property management buderim’ and ‘rentals sunrise’ have jumped 91, 76 and 73 positions respectively which is fantastic! While we are continuing to see some massive fluctuations, this is to be expected at this point in the campaign. We will also be utilising our off page strategy to combat the fluctuations and instead encourage more keywords to move onto that first page of results.
