The month of October finished with room for improvement in website analytics and SEO. The average session duration saw a slight drop of 1.2%, however, the website slightly increased by 4.4%. In terms of SEO, there were 8 keywords ranking in the top 3 spots and 18 keywords ranking in the top 4-10 spots on the first page of Google Search. Keywords such as ‘best property management Sunrise’, ‘property management Cooran’ and ‘property management Palmwoods’ were ranking 3rd, 4th and 5th respectively. In October, we completed two blog posts that have been optimised for SEO. In November, the goal is to optimise the keyword ‘property management Buderim’ as it has significant monthly searches.

    During the month of September keyword rankings improved and there are now 7 keywords ranking in the top 3 spots and 20 keywords ranking in the top 4-10 spots (on the first page) of Google Search. Keywords such as ‘best property management Pinbarren’, ‘best property management Sunrise’ and ‘property management Cooran’ are ranked 3rd, 4th and 5th respectively. In September, on-page optimisation was completed for ‘rentals Yandina’ and it is anticipated that in the coming weeks its ranking will improve on Google Search. In October, the campaign focus will be on off-page optimisation and link building to maintain the website’s rankings and improve its authority.
