The month of April has presented itself with areas of improvement. Your number of website visitors dropped by 31.2% which now sits at 124 users. However, your average session duration increased to 1 minute and 14 seconds, which is a 7.2% increase from the previous month. In regards to SEO, you have 13 keywords ranking in the top 3 positions on the home page and 19 keywords in the top 4-10 positions on the first page. Keywords such as ‘property management Cooran’, ‘best property management Pinbarren’ and ‘property management Palmwoods’ are ranking in the top 1st, 2nd and 7th positions respectively. An important note is that the keyword ‘property management Cooran’ used to rank in the 4th position but it is now ranking in the 1st position on the first page. Throughout April we focused on on-page optimisation for ‘rentals tewantin’ where we see the rankings improving in the coming weeks. As we enter May, we plan on optimising the keyword ‘real estate imbil’ as it has over 590 average searches per month.

    This month’s SEO campaign has been successful in boosting site traffic and retaining strong first page positions for our keyword rankings. We’re pleased to see an increase in the number of users visiting the site this month, which reached a total of 150 users. Of the 150 users, 79 are from the organic search channel. It’s interesting to note the spike in user visits on the 21st of February, where site traffic has peaked with a total of 29 users on that particular day. We’re equally pleased to see that this month’s target keywords have secured top first page rankings, with keywords ‘property management Cooran’, ‘best property management Pinbarren’, and ‘property management Palmwoods’ at 3rd, 4th, and 3rd positions, respectively. We’re excited to see the keyword ‘rentals palmwoods’ move up the rankings of search results after on-page optimisations were completed for this keyword in February. Through March, we will focus our on-page optimisation efforts on the keyword ‘rentals kin kin’ given its considerable 110 average monthly search volume. With this strategy in place, we’re optimistic that this keyword’s ranking will be boosted closer to the top positions of first page results.
