The month of July has seen some ups and downs from the SEO and Google Ads campaigns. We have noted a slight drop in the overall website traffic, however we have actually seen an increase in the number of website visits coming from organic (SEO) search. From 124 organic visits in June to 133 in July, we’re confident in the established SEO rankings to continue bringing new users to the website each month. Through August, we will be continuing with our on-page optimisations to ensure we can see the Gold Coast terms all appearing on the first page of Google as we did see a small slip in 1 of the rankings this month. On the Google Ads front, we have seen a pleasing month of results with a total of 7 conversions achieved. Our click-through-rate has also improved which was very positive to see as this did also lead to our increase in conversions. Through the coming month we will be focusing on driving a further improvement in our CTR as this will again lead us to another jump in the number of conversions.

July has seen some very positive numbers from the Google Ads campaign. We have monitored a very noticeable increase in the click-through-rate which also led to achieving more conversions overall. This is a huge win and is a great indication that the Google Ads campaign is performing very effectively. Our plan for the month of August is to structure the campaign to drive better CTR as we can see some room for improvement on that front. We are still facing some challenges in tracking conversions and will continue to work on a solution for this as a priority in the coming month.
