It may appear that the website metrics experienced some setbacks this August, but July did bring that sudden anomaly in user traffic. Following that unexplained spike in users, website traffic has come back down to a more reasonable count. More favourably, there were more organic search users in August than in the previous month! In terms of SEO performance, the site again slipped a little in average SEO rank, but the keywords have been mostly stable. We also expect the SEO rank to improve now that we’ve completed on-page optimisations, with a focus on the ‘locksmith Doncaster’ keyword. This September, we will again switch to off-page strategies in order to boost the site’s authority and relevance on Google and to website users.

  • For August, the on-page optimisation strategy focused on the keyword ‘locksmith Doncaster’. The goal was to help push its ranking closer to the first page of Google search results.
  • Through September, the SEO campaign will focus on off-page optimisation strategies to help improve how Google and users perceive the site’s authority, relevance, and trustworthiness.
