May sees several highs and lows for the campaign overall. User traffic saw a decline after last month’s more positive trend, dipping by 13.6%. The overall trend was up and down, peaking at 8 users in one day on two occasions. About 64.7% of site visitors arrived through organic (SEO) channels, and all but two of them were new to the site. More favourably, we saw a 12.8% rise in the site’s average SEO rank, so the site now sits at 12.4 overall. We’ve also sustained our keywords on the first page of Google search results, with more keywords ranking as opposed to last month. The ‘locksmith Mitcham’ and ‘locksmith Balwyn’ target keywords are performing notably well, both having risen in organic search rankings following on-page optimisations. In June, we will focus our strategies on the ‘locksmith Ringwood’ keyword as a selected location, to take advantage of its high monthly search volume.
