Rapid Locksmiths – August Monthly Report
Manager
August has produced some great numbers from the campaign. We have seen a 9% increase in website traffic which has been fantastic! Seeing the average session duration improving so drastically is also a great sign as it means visitors are spending more time reading about the services offered (the content is relevant to what they are searching for on Google). More keywords are moving steadily towards first page positions, however our focus will be getting more of these terms into the top 3 positions on the first page as they will be the most valuable positions when it comes to getting new enquiries.
SEO Analysis
The month of August has been a positive month for the SEO rankings. We can now see 97 terms appearing on the first page of Google’s results with 35 of these appearing in the top 3 positions on the first page. The more valuable ‘locksmith’ type terms have seen some improvements including the terms ‘locksmith wantirna’, ‘locksmith doncaster’ and ‘mobile locksmith croydon’ jumping 10, 9 and 6 positions respectively to be sitting just outside the first page of results. Over the coming month we will be utilising our off page strategy more to see improvements for the term ‘locksmith ringwood’ as it does have valuable search volume.
Rapid Locksmiths – July Monthly Report
Manager
July has shown some great numbers! We have seen a 19% increase in the overall website traffic which is a great win and an indication that our SEO rankings are making positive movements. However, we have seen the average session duration drop over the last 30 days. At this stage, we are not concerned by this number, however we will be monitoring it to ensure we see it bounce back in the coming month. The SEO rankings are continuing to move along nicely, especially for the more valuable ‘locksmith’ terms. Throughout August, our goal is to see an increase in the number of terms appearing in the top 3 results from 33 to 40.
SEO Analysis
The month of July has been a massive month of movements! We have seen some massive improvements with the ‘security lock’ terms with many of these jumping 70+ positions towards better rankings. We have also seen some steadier movements for the more valuable ‘locksmith’ terms, with ‘locksmith mitcham’, ‘locksmith templestowe’ and ‘locksmith hawthorn’ moving 12, 10 and 8 positions respectively. Over the coming month we will continue with our off page strategy in order to secure an editorial spot over the next 3 weeks. This should lead to a boost in the rankings to see more of the ‘locksmith’ terms moving closer to that first page of Google’s results, and hopefully leading to some valuable calls for the business.
