Safety Bay Dental – May 2021 Monthly Report

The site went through a slightly slower period in website and SEO performance through May, following last month’s more favourable results. There was a marginal 1.5% drop in user traffic, although the overall trend was moderately high and the month ended on a promising upward note! A large majority of our users continue to arrive through organic (SEO) searches — 389 this month, with almost all of them new which is great to see. Keyword performance a similar setback, with a 5.6% decrease in the site’s average rank. We did gain another keyword in the top 3 spots, however, with 7 total (3 holding the #1 position). There are a further 15 keywords in the top 4 to 10 spots, which means we have more keywords on the first page of search results now, a very favourable result! Our focus last month was on boosting the ‘dentist Waikiki’ target keyword, which now ranks 20th. We will continue on-page optimisations throughout June to further boost this keyword and see similar progress in others. Following that, we’re optimistic of recovering site performance.

  • In May, we used on-page optimisation to focus on boosting the ranking for the keyword ‘dentist Waikiki’ and we expect more movement for this keyword in the coming weeks.
  • Through the month of June, on-page optimisations will continue to push the keyword ‘dentist warnbro’ closer to the first page of search results.
