Smart Virtual Assistant – May 2022 Monthly Report

Manager

May was again a month of highs and lows for the campaign. User visits again saw a small decline, down 5.2%. The overall trend was also complicated, with a peak of 46 users on 02 May but a low trend following. Still, a notable number of traffic came through organic (SEO) channels, and all users were new to the website. We may still be experiencing some issues with the Google Dashboard for tracking, while the GMB listing still needs verification. More favourably, we noted a 6.8% rise in the site’s average SEO rank, which now sits at 7.6 overall. Some keywords did slip, however, with ‘real estate virtual assistant’ dropping from 2nd to 17th. In May, our on-page optimisations focused on the ‘virtual real estate assistant’ keyword, which currently ranks 10th. We expect improvement in its rank in the coming weeks. June will see us switch to the ‘real estate virtual assistant australia’ keyword, which currently ranks 6th. It is fairly competitive, so we aim to bring it closer to the #1 spot on Google search results.

We hope to stabilise website traffic in the coming weeks for a more consistent overall trend. On the other hand, SEO performance remains strong, with another 8.1% increase in the site’s overall rank. The Google dashboard faces some tracking issues, but we’ve internally noted 9 keywords in the top 3 spots of search results. The ‘real estate virtual assistant’ target keyword leads the way in 2nd. For the GMB listing, we are still awaiting verification. In April, we optimised the ‘virtual assistant for real estate agents’ target keyword, which we hope will improve in ranking in the coming weeks. For May, we will focus our strategies on the highly-competitive ‘virtual real estate assistant’ target keyword to bring it to the #1 spot.
