October was again a month of highs and lows for the website and SEO campaign. Site traffic bounced back, climbing 13.8% to over 200 users. A favourable percentage (56.7%) of them arrived through organic search channels, which is pleasing to see. However, the site’s average SEO rank slipped somewhat, although it remains high at 5.1 overall. More positively, the campaign retained its keywords in the top 3 spots of Google search results – the most significant positions. In October, we performed on-page optimisations on the ‘window cleaning Byron Bay’ keyword, which ranks 9th. Its ranking should hopefully improve in the coming weeks. This November, we will shift to off-page strategies to improve site authority.
