Following last month’s positive results, we’re happy to report that October has continued a positive trend in terms of website statistics. The traffic on the website continues to rise, with a 16.1% increase in user visits, over half of which came via organic (SEO) channels. The average time spent on the website has also increased. There was a slight dip in traffic near the end of the month, but the trend since then has been upward, which is promising for November. The site’s SEO rankings have remained steady, with 11 keywords in the top 3 positions in search results, and another 9 keywords in the top 4 to 10 positions. Two of our focus keywords are among the top search results, so the aim for November is to use off-page optimisations to move the focus keyword ‘window cleaning byron bay’ to the first page of search results. We also expect to further increase website traffic as a result of these upcoming ranking movements.

The month of August has produced some very positive results for our SEO campaign as seen in the progress of our keyword rankings. Although there has been another slight dip in website traffic this month of 7.7%, we are pleased to see that the majority of our users were brought in by our organic (SEO) channel. We were able to maintain our overall SEO keyword ranking from last month as the number of keywords both in the top 3 and top 4 to 10 positions is stable. A massive win for the month is seeing keyword ‘roof cleaning casino’ secure the top 1 position from last month’s 4th position! With most of our focus keywords secure on the first page of Google, our goal for the month of September is to boost the Byron Bay keywords into the top 3 positions using an off-page strategy which will in turn see an increase in the overall website traffic.
