The month of June has been a success month when looking at these numbers! While we can see a dip in the overall website traffic, we should note that the tracking was not collecting data at the beginning of the month. Therefore we should get a more accurate representation of this in the coming month. We can currently see 22 out of the 55 users coming to the site, have come from organic search (Google Search) results, which is positive. As the rankings continue to improve, we should see this number increasing as well. Over the coming month, we will be monitoring the rankings carefully before going ahead with our off page strategy which will encourage more of the terms to move into the top 10 results on Google.
SEO Analysis
As the first full month of SEO results since the new SEO pages went live on the site, June has been a success! We can now see that 19 search terms are appearing in the top 20 positions on Google, with 6 of those appearing on the first page of results! We have seen some massive fluctuations in the rankings, which is exactly what we expect at this stage as Google is trying to find their stable positions. Some terms that made significant jumps over the last 30 days include ‘artificial grass installation mosman’, ‘artificial lawn colebee’ and ‘artificial turf caringbah’ which jumped 97, 89 and 82 positions respectively. Over the coming month, we will be monitoring these large movements before kicking off with our off page strategy to help further boost the rankings onto the first page of results, which will then lead to an increase in business enquiries.
