In November, the SEO campaign achieved significant success with 66 keywords securing top 3 positions and an additional 50 keywords ranking in the top 4-10 results on the first page. Notably, keywords like ‘underground power Eumundi,’ ‘Pelican Waters,’ ‘Chatsworth,’ and ‘Baringa’ dominated the 1st position. ‘Commercial electrician Kin Kin’ and ‘Battery Hill’ held strong positions at 3rd, while ‘Nambour West’ and ‘Kings Beach’ secured 4th and 5th positions. ‘Emergency electrician Baringa’ reached the 8th spot. The focus in November centered on enhancing ‘electrical services’ pages, emphasising ‘renovations’ and ‘new build installation.’ Looking ahead to December, the SEO strategy shifts towards off-page optimisation, emphasising local citation sites to bolster Google presence.

During November, the 5Tales – Search – Electrical Services campaign saw 0 conversions but garnered 140 clicks with a 5.56% click-through rate (CTR) and an average cost per click (CPC) of $17.7. Initial challenges were addressed by restructuring the Electrical Service campaign, resulting in improved visibility and clicks towards the end of the month. The optimisation efforts included expanding keyword targeting and refining ad groups for enhanced ad relevance and increased CTR. Moving forward, the primary focus involves continuous monitoring, negative keyword optimisation, testing bidding strategies, and refining audience targeting within the newly restructured campaigns.

  • In November, the only campaign we had running was 5Tales – Search – Electrical Services which achieved no impressions, traffic or conversions. However, since restructuring the Electrical Service campaign and launched towards the end of the month, we then started to slowly gain visibility and clicks to the website.
  • As mentioned, the major optimisations done was restructuring the campaigns. We expanded the keyword targeting list and properly segmented the keywords in tighter themed Ad Groups to help tailor the ads more and further increase CTR and ad relevance.
  • Main focus in the coming weeks is to continue monitoring the newly restructured campaigns by continuing negative keywords optimisation, bidding strategy testing and audience targeting optimisation.
