The SEO campaign for the month of October has seen some wins as well as a few slight dips that we will be working on through November. There has been a decrease in website user traffic from September’s 2255 user visits to a minimal 0.3% decrease in October with 2248 users spending an average of 2 minutes on the site. We have noted a decrease in the keywords ranking in the top 3 of the first page search results with 33 keywords joining the top 3 rankings in October compared to 35 keywords from the previous month. A retention in the 5th position can be seen in the keywords ‘day spa adelaide’ and ‘couples spa adelaide’. While slight dips can be seen in both website traffic and some rankings, the gap between the previous month’s statistics and that of October’s website traffic and keyword rankings are not too far apart. On a positive note, an upward movement of the targeted keyword ‘day spa adelaide’ can be seen in its ranking in Google Maps, with the keyword at 2nd position compared to the previous month’s 3rd. We’re pleased to report that there has been an increase in the number of keywords ranking in the top 4-10 of first page search results, as well, with 17 keywords joining the mentioned rankings compared to the previous month’s 15 keywords. We will continue to strengthen the site’s SEO with an off-page strategy that will be used through November to see the ranking for the keyword ‘couples spa adelaide’ secure a position on the top 3 of Google’s results.
