We’re pleased to report that the month of March sees positive growth in site traffic and consistency in SEO rankings. We can see a 5.7% increase in site traffic from last month’s 384 users to this month’s 406 users, with 66 out of 406 users coming from organic search results. SEO rankings for our targeted keywords are strongly holding on to their top positions of first page results, with keywords ‘telstra business partner ipswich’, ‘telstra business partner brisbane’, and ‘business it services ipswich’ ranking in 1st, 5th, and 1st positions of first page results. There is a steady number of keywords in the top 3 and top 4-10 positions of first page results as well. New keywords ‘telstra calling for office 365’ and ‘telstra teams calling’ also came in this month to further boost the SEO campaign. Since refocusing some of the SEO keywords in the previous month, it’s noteworthy to mention that there has been a number of Microsoft Calling related keywords already ranking on the 2nd page of Google’s search results. We will continue to use optimisations to the Microsoft Calling page through the month of April to further boost the rankings towards the first page of search results.

We’re pleased to report that the SEO stats for the month of February has been fairly successful. Website traffic is up this month by 3.5% from last month’s 371 site visits to this month’s 384 site visits, where most site visits peaked at the second half of February. We can also see an impressive 53.1% increase in the average time spent on the site this month at 2 minutes and 13 seconds per session duration, which could mean increased user engagement in the site. Of the 384 site visits this month, 58 of the site visits came from users who searched for the site organically. We can see big wins in SEO rankings with an increase in the number of keywords joining the top 3 spots this month and keyword ‘business it services ipswich’ jumping from 4th position last month to 1st position of first page results this month. A steady pace can be seen in the number of keywords ranking in the top 4-10 positions of first page results with 3 keywords this month and in keywords ‘telstra business partner ipswich’ and ‘telstra business partner brisbane’ strongly holding on to their first page rankings at 1st and 5th position, respectively. We’ll be working through March on the completion of the new page for OneHelpdesk and the optimisation on the homepage.
