We are pleased to see a number of wins for the SEO campaign for the month of April, while it has been a challenging month on the GMB side of things. Nevertheless, there are still areas of improvement for the coming months. First off, it has been exciting to see another increase in overall website traffic, with this month amounting to 17%. There have been a number of fluctuations in site visits, however overall the trend remained strong and positive throughout April. On the subject of organic keyword rankings, it has been fantastic to find a significant increase in the average SEO ranking. It shows great improvement in the campaign as keywords were secured both in the top 3 and top 4 to 10 positions of Google search results. For the coming month of May, we will be optimising the GMB listing that we were able to reinstate and will pour our focus into re-establishing some of the previously achieved rankings in Google Maps results.

SEO Analysis

  • 1 keyword is now ranking in top 3 (first page) results
  • 19 keywords ranking in top 4-10 (first page) results
  • Keyword ‘digital antenna installation Adelaide’ ranking in 41st position (fifth page)
  • Keyword ‘tv wall mounting Adelaide’ is ranking in 41st position (fifth page)
  • In April, one of the GMB listings achieved 524 views on Google due to the Maps rankings.
  • We have noted 7 phone calls and 1 direct message made through the Google Maps listing.
  • 12 website visits were also made directly from the Google Maps listing.
  • However, towards the end of the month with a recent update from Google the 2 GMB listings were suspended. We have since been able to reinstate one listing and will optimise this in the coming month to regain some of the previously established presence in Google Maps.
