The month of January has remained positive overall. Now that we have resumed the SEO campaign, we will be focusing on regaining a first page position for the Sunshine Coast keywords including ‘mortgage broker sunshine coast’. We will be using both off-page and on-page strategies in order to move this ranking onto the first page of Google’s results while also ensuring the site is staying relevant to Google’s algorithm updates.

SEO Analysis

  • 10 keywords ranking in top 3 (first page) results
  • 8 keywords ranking in top 4-10 (first page) results
  • Keyword ‘mortgage broker sunshine coast’ ranking in 11th position (second page)
  • Keyword ‘home loans sunshine coast’ ranking in 18th position (second page)
  • Keyword ‘mortgage broker mooloolaba’ ranking in 1st position (first page)

    November has produced a very please month of numbers! We have seen a massive 37% increase in the overall website traffic! The SEO rankings themselves have also made some great progress towards more top 3 position rankings. We have seen a mix of both large leaps in rankings as well as more steady movements which is to be expected. In the coming month our link building strategy will continue so that we can see more keywords ranking on the first page of results.

    SEO Analysis

    The month of November has continued to show steady progress for the SEO rankings. We have been able to maintain our 19 top 10 positions and can now see 11 terms appearing in the top 3 positions. Over the last 30 days we have seen the terms ‘home loans tewantin’ and ‘home loans buderim’ jump 98 and 97 positions respectively. We have also seen some steady movements for the Mooloolaba and Maroochydore keywords which has been great. Through December we will continue with our off page strategy to ensure we can maintain these rankings.
