July saw a number of ups and downs in the SEO campaign, with positive results overall. We saw a pleasing 14.3% increase in user traffic, which is a welcome recovery from last month. The overall trend also started high for the month, and while it dipped near the end, there was still an upward course that leaves us optimistic. Meanwhile, half of site visitors arrived through organic (SEO) searches, and users still spend over a minute on the website, all of which is promising. SEO performance did see a slight setback in the site’s average rank, which dropped by 4.3%. More favourably, we now have 5 more keywords in the top 3 spots compared to last month, with 17 in total and 11 holding the #1 ranking. There are also a further 16 keywords in the top 4 to 10 spots. This August, we will keep up our off-page strategy to secure more authority with Google and in turn improve the rankings in search results.
