July again brings mixed results for both the website and the SEO campaign. Website traffic is back up by 20.2%, with a high overall trend that ended on a high note. Almost half of users (46.6%) came through organic search channels, which is very promising, followed by 33.5% for CPC (Cost Per Click) users. The site’s average rank is actually up from last month – it now sits at 5.9, up from 6.6 in June. We’ve also sustained our keyword performance, with more keywords now on the first page of Google search results. A notable win was the ‘brazilian jiu jitsu’ keyword, which now ranks 17th, up from 31st the previous month. We expect it to improve further in the coming weeks. This August, we will shift to off-page strategies to boost the site’s search ranking by improving the way Google and users perceive the website’s authority.
