YBLDHS: LevelUp Independent Living – November 2022 Monthly Report

Manager

It’s been a much more positive month for website metrics, while the SEO campaign had its highs and lows. Website traffic continues to climb, with a 25.8% increase from the previous month. There was a notable peak on 21 November, with 27 users on the website. The percentage of users arriving through organic search channels is slightly smaller than in October, but they spent almost 2 minutes on the website, so the content is relevant to their searches. The SEO campaign saw a small drop in the average SEO rank, with some keywords moving out of the first page of Google search results. However, there are now 3 keywords in the #1 spot, which is something to build on! In November, we optimised several website pages and sent them for approval. This December, we will publish these pages and add the ‘supported accommodation’ keyword to the SEO campaign.

  • Through the month of December, and since the approval has been given for the abovementioned pages, they will now be published live. Additionally, keyword ‘supported accommodation’ will also be added in the SEO campaign.

October was a somewhat challenging month for the website and SEO campaign, but it was not without optimism. The total users on the website are now up over 200, an 11.6% increase from the month prior. The overall trend was up and down, however, but hopefully it stabilises over the coming weeks. More favourably, almost half of those users came through organic search channels, and almost all of them were new to the site. For SEO performance, keywords remain fairly steady, although the average SEO rank dipped a little bit. One keyword has hit the #1 spot on Google search results, however, which is very promising! In October, we completed a full audit of the home page and individual web pages. We also selected keywords and locations for focus. This November, we will complete on-page optimisations on content pages to ensure they include vital keywords. Ideally, this will boost these keywords so they move closer to the top 10 spots on Google.
