Manager Analysis
August yielded significant progress in the Facebook Ads campaign. The campaign reached an impressive 24,912 unique users, with 287 users clicking on ads to access the website. Notably, the campaign achieved three registrations for YCPM services, a marked improvement from the single registration in July. In addition, August brought continued success for the Google Ads campaign, with 19 conversions and a commendable 7.92% conversion rate. These conversions predominantly involved registrations for YCPM services, totalling seven. As the campaign moves into September, the focus remains on optimising conversions, particularly to start generating leads in Tasmania. The target is to consistently generate over 15 monthly leads, ensuring a strong return on investment (ROI). Ongoing efforts will also include updating the negative keywords list to refine targeting.
August showcased remarkable SEO achievements, with 33 keywords securing top-three rankings and an additional 34 keywords ranking within the top 4-10 positions on the first page. Notable keywords such as ‘NDIS plan management Sunshine Coast,’ ‘NDIS plan management Maroochydore,’ and ‘NDIS plan management Buderim’ held prominent 1st position rankings. ‘NDIS plan management Gold Coast’ received on-page optimisation, promising improved rankings in the near future. The SEO campaign also focused on enhancing location relevance through SEO-optimised content for the GBP listing. While Google’s core algorithm update in August posed challenges, we will closely monitor site metrics and make necessary adjustments in alignment with the update’s implications. For September, the SEO campaign strategy will shift towards off-page optimisation using Google Maps map embeds, effectively building high-quality outbound links to bolster overall site authority and reliability.
